Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Used products
- Fragrance dislike or preference mismatch
- Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners or unforeseen events
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
