Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During sales, launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Kraya may offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or minimum order values.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:
- SMS
- WhatsApp (if applicable)
Customers can use the tracking link to monitor delivery status.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Kraya will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect address details
- Incorrect contact number
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:
- Do not accept the package if severely damaged
- Record an unboxing video immediately
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
Delayed Deliveries
While we work with trusted logistics partners, delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Natural events
- Public restrictions
- High shipment volumes
are beyond our direct control.
International Shipping
Currently, Kraya may only ship within India unless otherwise mentioned on the website.
