At Kraya, we strive to deliver premium-quality fragrances in perfect condition. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns.

Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during shipping
- Product received in leaking or defective condition

Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Proof
To process a return request, customers must provide:
- Unboxing video
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Order details

Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Fragrance preference issues
- Opened or used products
- Minor packaging variations

Return Approval
Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup wherever available.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to ship the product to the provided return address.
